Mr. Joseph Mathews
Founder & Senior Legal Practitioner
Mr. Joseph Mathews leads the firm with over two decades of legal experience. As the head of both the Litigation and Conveyancing Departments, he is instrumental in shaping legal strategies and guiding clients through complex legal processes. His areas of focus span corporate litigation, real estate development, commercial contracts, and criminal law. Known for his sharp legal insight and practical approach, Mr. Mathews is deeply committed to upholding justice and professional excellence.
Kerthinee A/P R. Suppiah
Kerthinee a/p R. Suppiah holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) and completed her pupillage under Mr. Joseph Mathews of Messrs Mathews & Associates. Upon her admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in November 2021, Kerthinee was retained as an associate at Messrs Mathews & Associates. Area of practice will be civil litigation (family law, contract and tort law), industrial relations and criminal litigation. Also, has working knowledge in other areas of law, like conveyancing matters. Kerthinee regularly conducts trials independently and assists in complex civil and criminal litigation with Mr. Mathews.
